ULH approached Chetaru to develop a bespoke CRM that would manage the information around property development sites and the companies developing the site. The system needed to be dynamic and be capable of generating full reports on development projects as well as essential financial data.
The Property Development Management System was created from scratch by Chetaru. In the planning stages our team linked up with the client to fully understand the requirements and start to pull together clear flow diagrams as to how the system would work best. After client sign off, Chetaru developed and implemented the 1 st version of the system which surpassed client expectations. The system continues to be maintained by Chetaru.
